Who is Halloween Bonanza built for?

Symbols land on a 6x5 grid of 30 cells, and a win needs at least 8 matching symbols anywhere on it. The theme blends Halloween, Monsters and Witchcraft, with a Witch Girl, a Mummy, a Ghost and a Pumpkin Scatter among the symbols. Winning symbols vanish, the rest fall and new ones drop in, which the game calls Refilling. All wins from that sequence are added together and paid once it ends.

Four, five or six Pumpkin Scatters start 10, 20 or 30 Free Spins. During those spins, a Cauldron Multiplier symbol appears with a value from x2 to x100 on each hit, and all values on screen are added together at the end of each refill and applied to that sequence's total win. Three or more scatters during Free Spins retrigger 5 extra spins.

How many free spins do four scatters bring?

Wondering when the bonus starts and what it costs? This block answers both.

Persistent toggle for bonus chance

Every spin on the reels raises the Total bet by +25% while the ante is on, for a higher chance of triggering the bonus game. The toggle stays on until you switch it off, and Buy Bonus is disabled while it runs.

Standard Total betHigher bonus chance

Tired of waiting for scatters

Instead of waiting for scatters to land, Buy Bonus starts the Free Spins straight away for 100 times the bet. It stays unavailable while Chance x2 is on or a bonus round is running.

Base game reelsInstant Free Spins

From four scatters to 10 spins

Land four, five or six Pumpkin Scatters on the reels for 10, 20 or 30 free spins. Three or more scatters retrigger, adding five more spins. Cauldron Multiplier symbols, random x2 to x100 each, appear only in this mode and are summed at the end of each refill sequence.

First spin on the 6x5 grid

Each spin fills the 6x5 grid, and eight or more matching symbols anywhere on it pay. Winning symbols vanish, the rest fall, and new ones drop in, with no limit on consecutive Refilling. All wins are added up and paid only after the sequence ends.

Does the ante raise your bet?

The Buy Bonus price is 100 times the bet, so an A$5 bet makes it A$500.

Five numbered stages

How does one Halloween Bonanza round unfold?

Follow one round from picking a bet to the Free Spins and the session budget.

  1. Halloween Bonanza, A$0.20 to A$20

Choose a total bet from A$0.20 up to A$20 before the reels turn. This page uses A$0.40, A$2 and A$5 as examples, and wins scale with your bet.

  2. Chains that add up to one payout

Eight matching symbols anywhere on the 6x5 grid form a win. Each Refilling step removes winning symbols, drops the rest down and fills gaps, paying all wins once the chain ends.

  3. Plain base wins, multiplied bonus wins

The Scatter (Pumpkin) pays wherever it lands, and Refilling chains have no limit on refills. The Cauldron Multiplier never shows in the base game, so base wins are not multiplied.

  4. Halloween Bonanza: 4 to 6 Scatters

Four, five or six Scatters start Free Spins of 10, 20 or 30 spins. Three or more Scatters retrigger 5 more spins, and each Cauldron Multiplier hit is x2 to x100.

  5. Limit set before the first spin

Reels keep turning until the budget you set before the first spin runs out. Bonus timing cannot be predicted, so call the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858 if you need support.

Two Ways to Start

Learn the rhythm before any wager

Useful the first time you open the game, before you pick a bet size.

Spins on the reels in demo mode need no money and pay nothing. Real play needs an account at Joefortune Casino and you must be 18 or older.

Start playing

Find the RTP version in the game rules

The reels land symbols at random on every spin of the 6x5 grid, so the bonus round may arrive on the next spin or after a long run of plain wins and losses. Nobody knows the gap in advance. One session's result is random too, whatever RTP version runs, because RTP describes returns over a very large number of spins, not a single session.

Every spin on the reels pays out according to one RTP version, and the version your lobby runs is shown only in the game rules. The three figures on this page are the options the game offers, not a promise for your session. Check the rules screen before you play for money, so you know which figure applies.

Only a rare combination on the reels reaches the top win, which is the maximum win of Halloween Bonanza. It is a ceiling, not an average, and no session can be planned around it. Read the figure as the upper edge of the game's range, never as a target.

Keep your bankroll in your own hands

You must be 18+ to play. Get help from the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858, or self-exclude through BetStop.

Before you open the game

Set a budget before you open Halloween Bonanza, and treat it as the most you will lose. Stop once it is spent, whatever the screen shows.

Your stop point

Pick your stop point before the first spin, and keep it after a win as well as after a loss.

Keep losses in check

Set deposit and loss limits in your account before you play, and keep them in place. They stop a bad session from growing.

Halloween Bonanza, when fun fades

When Halloween Bonanza stops being fun, take a pause. Walking away is a complete answer, and no session has to end with a win.

Halloween Bonanza FAQ

How much does a Halloween Bonanza bonus cost?

You will know the volatility, bets, maximum win and bonus costs before you spin.

How risky is Halloween Bonanza for a small budget?

Halloween Bonanza has high volatility, so results swing widely from one session to the next. A single round can pay far above the bet, and a session can end with nothing back. Results cannot be known in advance, so set your budget before you spin.

What is the maximum win in Halloween Bonanza?

The highest possible win in Halloween Bonanza is 10,200 times the bet. At the highest bet of A$20 that reaches A$204,000, and at the example top bet of A$5 it reaches A$51,000. Hitting that ceiling depends on chance, and nobody can predict it.

How do I try Halloween Bonanza at a low stake?

Start at the minimum bet of A$0.20 to learn the 6x5 grid and the Refilling sequence at low cost. The paytable is shown for a A$0.40 bet, so compare symbol values at that stake.

Which bet sizes can I play in Halloween Bonanza?

Halloween Bonanza runs from a minimum bet of A$0.20 up to a maximum of A$20. Turning on the Ante Bet adds 25 per cent to the total bet, so a A$5 stake becomes A$6.25.

Can I buy the Halloween Bonanza bonus, and what does it cost?

Buy Bonus starts the Free Spins round straight away, but only when Chance x2 is off and no bonus round is running. At a A$5 bet the purchase costs A$500, which is 100 times the bet.
